Terms and Conditions of a Channel Partner with Asl Computers Pvt.Ltd.

This is a Legal Agreement between the Channel Partner (referred as ‘You’) and the team of Asl Comuters Pvt.Ltd. (referred as ‘We’ or ‘Us’) in this document. Every condition mentioned in this document is legally binding and the breach of any condition may lead to strict disciplinary action or legal action against the Channel Partner..

•  The contract is valid for a span of 1 year
•  The Channel Partner must be minimum 18 Years of Age while signing this contract
•  We will have all the rights to change the package information at any point of time, with or without notifying the channel partners.
•  We will have every right to change the commission structure with or without informing the channel partner at any given point of time
•  You will not have the right to sell any package of the company above the permissible prices assigned by the company at any given point of time
•  Information about all the packages will be available over the website of the company i.e. www.rightenquiry.com. You will be entitled to take information from the website without misusing the same
•  All the promotion rights of the product and the packages will remain with the legal authorities of the company and you will not be allowed to use the company name or information for any personal use or promotional activities
•  In case you are found giving misleading information of the company to the customers, you will be subject to legal action and the act of offense will be punishable under the court of law
•  You will be entitled to the artifacts and information about the Company. You agree to Non-Disclosure of the Company’s information to any third party without informing the management of the Company. In case a breach of Non Disclosure is identified, the act will be punishable under the Court of Indian Law.
•  You will be required to ensure that the information submitted by you while listing Customers is 100% accurate. Any kind of falsified or non-verifiable information will not be accepted. In case the information registered by You is non-verifiable or falsified, the license will be subject to cancellation and the act will be punishable under the Court of Indian Law.
•  We will have the complete right to accept or reject a listing under any circumstances whatsoever.
•  It will be mandatory for you to submit a minimum business of 50,000 INR within a span of 12 months. The period will be accounted in accordance with the date of joining. In case you are not able to submit the minimum amount of business, the license to represent RightEnquiry will be cancelled.
•  After the cancellation of the Contract/License, in case You are caught selling the services of RightEnquiry, the act will be punishable under the Court of Indian Law.
•  You will be entitled to get your Share of Income every 30th Day of the month. The exact day will be subject to the joining date of the Channel Partner.
•  If a Channel Partner is caught breaching any part of the terms and conditions mentioned above, he/she will be punishable under the court of law for breach of intellectual property rights of the company and the contract.
